Below I have tried to answer some of our most asked questions, if I've missed something please feel to drop us an email
Lead Time / ETA
For most designs, please allow up to 10x working days for me to complete your order, you will then be sent tracking information accordingly.
If your order is time sensitive, please email us BEFORE placing your order.
Fixing Type
All of our shades are to suit an E27 fixing (NOT INCLUDED)
If using Bayonet or E14, you will need to use a ring size adapter, available from many retailers such as B&Q, or change your ceiling fixing to E27.
PEASE NOTE:
We are not legally allowed to offer electrical / installation advice, if this is not something you are capable of executing, you must contact a qualified contractor.
Wattage / Bulb Type
We solely recommend LED bulbs with a Max Wattage of 10W (NOT INCLUDED)
(In terms of lumens/light, this will be similar to a 100W incandescent bulb)
Incandescent bulbs are now banned for manufacture in the UK and we do not recommend them or vintage bulbs with any of our products.
Collection
Our studio is in Heaton, Newcastle upon Tyne which can be found on google maps. When your order is ready for collection you will be notified and suitable time for both parties will be agreed.
Shadowing Effect
Our shades generally cast a shadow due to their geometric design, however, if this is not desirable then switch to a frosted / diffused light bulb to reduce this effect dramatically.
